Jack Holmes is a Development Manager with dual qualifications in urban planning and property valuation, working for the State’s leading Urban Renewal Agency Renewal SA.
Jack’s role in the new projects area of the organisation sees him coordinating the early stages of new projects and across-agency development initiatives; including internal concept and feasibility development, integrated land use planning, and development of sales and partnership strategies to get private sector investment into the delivery of great projects.
In Jack’s seven and half years working for government the landscape for the delivery of affordable housing has substantially changed, with projects now requiring substantial effort and innovation in their approaches to effectively deliver affordable housing.
